The Woodford Open Space is a wonderful venue adjacent to our Therapies Centre. Yoga classes are available Monday – Saturday in Summer and Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in Winter. Each class is led by one of our many qualified instructors and everyone is welcome to participate with all fitness levels welcome.
